SUMMARY:Essential facets of ceramic art and technology
DESCRIPTION:Producing aesthetic and functional ceramic solutions is all about inspiration\, motivation\, emotion\, and passion. With his unique perspective on these essential facets of ceramic art and technology\, Thomas Sing begins his famous all-encompassing course with a single anterior case and ends with a complex full upper and lower restoration on implants. \nJoin Thomas for an energetic two days of knowledge\, with a full hands-on bespoke experience within the CMTechstudioV2. Layer with Thomas and take on board his wealth of knowledge and technical skills. \nThomas will share ceramic cases that worked out nicely\, and others that didn’t. \nIn other words\, real life. \n“I will talk about factors dental technicians have to consider\, focusing on the essentials and elements that are worthless.\n“We should all love what we do\, and to do so we must take on board the learning experiences collected over each case. Learning from real life dental technology is what makes us better technicians in general\, and I’m excited to share my experience over a variety of cases”. \nThomas Sing \nThomas’s Bio \nIn 2003\, after completing his apprenticeship in dental technology at the Dental Laboratory Langerspacher & Christ\, Bad Wörishofen\, Germany\,
Thomas traveled the world enjoying private lessons by Thilo Vock\, Willi Geller\, Walter Gebhard and Michel Magne and working together with Joachim Maier at Oral Design Bodensee\, Germany for several years. \nIn 2008 Thomas completed his master’s degree in dental technology (Munich\, Germany). He then moved to Boston\, USA working with Prof. Dr. Malament\, Prof. Dr. Weber and Prof. Dr. Nathanson at their private dental office Boston Prosthodontics Dental Group for one decade. \nSince 2019\, Thomas works in Munich in his dental office laboratory Thomas Stefan Sing – Oral Design Bogenhausen. \n2012 he became the youngest ever official member of the Oral Design International Foundation and the Bio_Emulation Group. \nSince 2013 Thomas is also teaching as a visiting lecturer at Harvard University – School of Dental Medicine\, Boston\, USA.
